All ads positions that theme supports are shown on the image below: ads above theme, ads in menus, header ads, ads in menus, ads above content, ads in content, ads rotation positions, ads in menus and ads below theme. All ads positions are green colored.
Here’s the list of all positions in content (ads rotation positions on the image above) where theme can display ads. There’s total 8 positions, and every time when page on your site refreshes, ads will show on different (randomly selected) position in content. This prevents “Ad blindness”, and increases your CTR and earnings. These settings can be changed per post / page basis. Ads in content rotation can be turned of, and shortcode ads can be used instead, on any position you want.
